The upgraded Oman Service Spare Parts Center will be able to meet the growing needs of customers, radiating the Oman and Middle East regions, and at the same time escorting the full-scale landing of the new generation of Middle East models of XCMG.

As an important area of the "Belt and Road", Xugong entered Oman for the first time in 2005. This area is also one of the Middle East markets that XCMG developed earlier. Since its establishment more than ten years ago, XCMG Oman Service Spare Parts Center has established a complete spare parts supply system to provide customers with complete sets of complete machines, spare parts and full-service. In recent years, with the increasing number of equipment maintenance of Xugong in the Middle East market, the requirements of customers for post-market services have also been continuously improved. The scale of the original service spare parts center has become a bottleneck restricting the development of Xugong in the local area.

Since 2011, Xugong has stepped up efforts to strengthen the construction of overseas spare parts network system. Large spare parts centers such as Xugong East Africa Spare Parts Center and Xugong Mongolia Spare Parts Center have been completed and put into use. The number of overseas service spare parts centers jointly established by Xugong and dealers has reached 50.
